A Bit About Arti

Arti is our dedicated Ranch Manager and truly loves what she does. As Cam's partner in all things around the property (and, of course, his girl), she's been by his side in the pasture since she was just 8 weeks old.

Highly intelligent, eager to please, and incredibly biddable, Arti has a natural talent for stock work. She especially excels as a heeler, and when the job calls for a little extra power, her favorite teammate is her sister, Rev. Her calm, thoughtful approach makes her especially dependable with lambs, where her steady pace and gentle confidence really shine.

Arti made the journey to us from Dreamwinds Kennels in Horse Cave, Kentucky. She's one of three Dreamwinds dogs that have become part of the Barn Raised family, and each one has been worth the 22-hour drive from Lubbock, Texas, to bring home.

Off the pasture, Arti is completely devoted to Cam. The two are inseparable, and wherever he goes, she's never far behind. Whether he's heading out to feed the livestock or simply walking toward the front door, Arti is already at his side, ready for the next adventure.

At home, Cam lovingly calls her his "Pretty Princess," and she wears the title proudly. Despite being more than athletic enough to jump onto the bed, she insists on using her little step stool every single time—a daily reminder that even the hardest-working ranch dog can have a touch of royalty.
